Room Rental

Hauptman-Woodward Institute seminar and conference rooms may be reserved at a minimal charge through the Institute. Rooms are technology equipped with projection systems, teleconference equipment, and web cameras. Food and beverage service for meetings is chosen at the discretion of the meeting organizer to utilize their own preferred vendor.
