Why were you interested in helping HWI?
As a Buffalo transplant, I wanted to get civically engaged in my new community. I learned of HWI through my mentor, Christopher Greene, who knew I was looking for opportunities to volunteer.
Why does research matter to you?
I’m a human being that values life. The whole world moves forward with each breakthrough in medical research and I thankful for the brilliant minds HWI putting in the work.
