4H9A

May 15, 2013 | Snell Lab Structure

4H9A: A radiation damage study of chicken egg white lysozyme focusing on the disulfide bond (coupled with UV-spectroscopy and EPR) to understand the mechanism for damage. A total of 13 structural models are involved from 0.07 MGy to 1.05 MGy dose. Full details are available in “Insights into the mechanism of X-ray-induced disulfide-bond cleavage in lysozyme crystals based on EPR, optical absorption and X-ray diffraction studies“.
